At this point in time, it's so ridiculously hard and expensive to get reactors compared to the other races, that I doubt I could keep the price low enough to notice. You may only be on the list for 1 ship per ship at a time (i.e. can only be on the list for 1 Deimos, can get another after you've received yours). The lines are long - we'd love to not have them be but demand is high. This should help ease the pain :) All current orders will be fulfilled - if you're on for 3 atm, you still are.
